It was very busy and the waiter was rude several times. Service was still quite fast. Ice cream scoops are rather small and average in taste.

The rudest ice cream parlor I have ever met. If I don't want to sell ice cream anymore, I tell the customer, but selling and making the customer stupid is really the last thing. Hopefully he didn't get any Corona aid. We don't need someone like that in Germany.

Good ice cream cafe with delicious ice cream. Centrally located in the city center. You can also sit outside.

When we drive through Gunzenhausen we always make a stop in this ice cream parlor. You sit quite nicely, you can watch people and the ice cream also tastes very good. I can recommend the iced frappuccino with cinnamon - very tasty!

Good ice cream for a small price. ONLY the service was unfriendly and our waffle was still raw. We wanted to give it back and were told that the "wafer machine couldn't do it any other way". And the non-alcoholic beer was WITH alcohol. Not great when you have to take antibiotics. Another attempt was made to get out of the matter ...
